We just got back from the Outer Banks North Carolina with Kristie’s family. We had 10 adults and 10 kids under 5. Things could’ve been really crazy, and they were but we all survived it. It was just nice to get away for a little bit.
I’ve just spent this past week working on things for Skybacher Ministries Inc. There is a ton of stuff to do, and the ministry is really growing but it needs more time invested in it if it is going to go much further.

We’ve got a couple upcoming meetings scheduled with churches and have continued to meet with youth and stay in contact with them. We will also be having Pray N Play Tuesday nights at Unionvilles
Thank you as always for all of you prayers.

Just finished up my last day of school today. So unbelievably weird that I ended up most of the year teaching at Freedom Jr. High. God truly works in mysterious ways. It gave me a great opportunity to build relationships with kids right here in the backyard. Skybacher Ministries Inc. just had a dodgeball tournament and 65 kids from Freedom showed up. I got to give a short message and many of them signed up to participate in future events. It was really cool for the kids to see who Mr. Mohrbacher really is, and what I love to do.

In other news, Kristie turned 31 on May 30th. Hard to believe how fast life goes by. We are getting ready to leave for vacation with the entire Hooke clan tomorrow. With 10 kids 5 and under, IT WILL BE MADNESS!!! All else is well. I’m not sure what I’m doing for the summer, I’m praying that I can work on more things for the ministry as it is continuing to grow, and the interest from others is rapidly building. This is all good and to God be the glory!

It’s been forever since I’ve updated this! I’m closing out the school year at Freedom Jr. High, and then will be looking for summer work. It’s amazing how God has allowed me to be in the public schools nearly everyday since November. I can tell you it’s no accident. The rest of the family is doing well. The kids are getting so big!
Skybacher Ministries has had 2 events recently we had a basketball tournament in April, and just recently we had a worship night. Both events went very well, and we got a ton of kids coming out who aren’t necessarily from a church background, which is great!!
Next Saturday we’re having a dodgeball tournament at Unionville at 7 pm to close out the school year. It was great success last time and hopefully will be this time. Feel free to stop in and check out what we’re up to if you want.
That’s about it for now!

Well it looks like everyone is finally healing up. Julia made it back home out of the hospital only to find her brother and sister throwing up and running fevers. Then she herself got the stomach flu, but she continues to be a trooper!

This past Saturday we had a Cosmic Capture the Flag event for Skybacher Ministries Inc. It was a ton of fun. My family and I spent several hours painting and setting up refrigerator boxes, to build a cosmic stadium. We had about sixty kids come out and try to capture the flag, and hear a message about what they might be trying to capture in their own lives! It was an awesomely cosmic time! Thank you for your continued support and prayers for our family and for Skybacher Ministries.

Hey gang just wanted to get the word out because a lot of people have been calling and wondering how the baby is doing, and we haven’t responded to many of them. The reason we haven’t gotten back to many of you is that Julia had to go back into the hospital on Monday. She has been diagnosed with RSV which is a respitory virus that makes it hard for her breathe. Hopefully everything will be ok, but they’re just keeping an eye on her for a few days. We sure didn’t get to have her home for very long. Please keep Kristie and Julia in your prayers as anyone knows who’s stayed in a hospital overnight it can be exhausting.

We added another one to family yesterday around noon. Julia Grace was born weighing 9 lbs 4 oz and was 21.5 in long! Kristie was amazing, and Julia is beautiful! Her brother and sister have already begun to fight over who is gonna get to hold her, but they were very excited to finally meet her. Kristie is doing really well and should be coming home tomorrow.
