Last night we had our first event for which the ministry helped out. Everything went pretty well. There were about 25 kids and Kristie and I played a lot of games with them and then sat them down and talked about linking up to God, and linking up to a good friend. It was a long day for me spending so much time with so many kids with needs. Earlier that day I had about 40 kids at my playground site and there are still only 2 of us working there. But it is all so rewarding when you see a kid smile and they just can’t get enough of your attention, somedays I wish I could bring them all home, and then wiser thinking prevails, but I do love it! Thank you for your prayers for us and the ministry. We are sending the paperwork in very soon, and should be incorporated officially just around the corner!
